Milena has developed expertise in advising and representing companies in matters of corporate and commercial law, as well as in cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
She is a member of the International Commission of the Barcelona Bar (ICAB) as well as the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA) and participates, in particular, in the seminars of the M&A commission.
Milena has an academic background in business law from Pompeu Fabra University (Barcelona).
Before joining (2018) and then becoming a partner at Lexwell (2022), Milena had been an associate at Durán-Sindreu (2016-2018) and at KPMG Abogados (2014-2016), where she began her career in the business law department.
She is registered as an Abogada (lawyer) with the Barcelona Bar Association.
