Your responsibilities:
- Brand image & client relations:
- You will be responsible for the client journey and the firm's brand image,
- Welcoming and assisting clients, receiving and directing suppliers,
- Logistics management:
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail,
- Supervising the meeting room and common areas of the firm.
- Event Management:
- Organization of events (in-person or online): conferences, webinars, seminars, business breakfasts
- Participation in networking events (Chamber of Commerce and Industry, COCEF, Paris and Barcelona Bar Associations, French Tech, etc.)
- Digital Marketing:
- Management and development of the firm's social media presence (LinkedIn, Google My Business)
- Monitoring and updating of the firm's website
- SEO monitoring and optimization
- Participation in the creation and implementation of the communication plan
- Creation of engaging content and online publication
Your Profile:
- Student in communication/digital marketing or law with an interest in legal marketing
- Language proficiency: Fluent French and Spanish
- Technical skills: Microsoft Office, Canva, WordPress, LinkedIn
- You are independent, creative, and have a good eye for aesthetics
- Excellent writing skills and ability to synthesize information
